We’re a fast-growing SaaS company looking to expand our marketing efforts with a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in multi-channel performance marketing and will manage large advertising budgets across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, programmatic display, YouTube, and other paid media platforms. You’ll lead high-impact campaigns, particularly focused on driving customer acquisition at scale for our consumer SaaS product, ideally with a subscription-based model. Responsibilities:

  • Multi-Channel Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic, video, and other acquisition channels to drive growth and customer acquisition.
  • Large-Scale Budget Management: Own and manage advertising budgets ranging from $100K-$1M+ per month, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Multi-Touch Attribution & Data Analysis: Leverage multi-touch attribution models and data-driven insights to optimize performance across all paid channels, ensuring proper budget allocation based on full-funnel impact.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, display networks, and retargeting platforms.
  • Creative & Ad Copy Testing: Collaborate with creative teams to test and refine ad copy, visuals, landing pages, and calls-to-action (CTAs) for continuous performance improvement.
  • Conversion Tracking & Performance Analytics: Monitor and optimize paid media channels for customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and long-term revenue growth.
  • Cross-Channel Synergy: Work closely with other folks from the marketing team to ensure a unified strategy across all customer touchpoints.
  • Reporting & Strategic Insights: Develop and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights to senior leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing with an emphasis on multi-channel acquisition strategies.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale budgets ($500K-$1M+ per month) in a consumer SaaS and subscription-based environment (e.g., Netflix, Grammarly, VPN tools).
  • Expertise in optimizing paid media campaigns across search, social, programmatic, video, and retargeting.
  • Deep knowledge of multi-touch attribution models and experience working with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Heap, Northbeam, Funnel, etc.) - but you can also suggest your preferred MarTech.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other performance marketing platforms.
  • Experience driving customer acquisition in competitive markets, particularly US-based customers.
  • Consumer-first mindset: Ability to craft B2B/B2C growth strategies that align with business goals.
  • A strong data-driven approach to campaign optimization, using insights to make real-time adjustments.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
