Role Overview:
As a Customer Onboarding manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth onboarding and satisfaction of our prospects and clients. You will work closely with our pre-sales, customer success, security, product, enterprise, and engineering teams, handling both pre-sales and onboarding processes, while managing a portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, experience in a target-oriented environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Communication: Maintain impeccable communication via email and on calls with international clients. You’ll be the main point of contact for onboarding and relationship-building.
  2. Enterprise Client Management: Handle enterprise-level clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience in consulting or customer success is a plus.
  3. Target Achievement: Manage a portfolio of clients and meet quarterly onboarding and pre-sales targets. Consistently deliver high-quality results in line with company goals.
  4. Pre-Sales and Onboarding Support: Seamlessly manage both pre-sales conversations and the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active user.
  5. Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Slack, Salesforce, Stripe, HubSpot, and Google Suite is highly preferred. You’ll be expected to leverage these platforms for client communication, task tracking, and relationship management.
  6. High Ownership & Independence: Operate with a high level of ownership, working independently with minimal supervision. You should be comfortable overcommunicating progress and updates in a fully remote environment.

- Improvement in Sales Cycle time for Recurring deals.
- Demo to product Signups

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, pre-sales, client success, or account management, preferably with enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding client satisfaction and performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Experience working remotely and a proactive approach to communication and problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with pre-sales support and onboarding processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, JIRA, Salesforce, and HubSpot.

    Note: Candidate should be flexible to work in EST/PST timezones
