We are looking for a customer on-boarding specialist who will help onboard, educate, train, and set up customers for success on our platform.
- Know every feature and function of the Fireflies product inside out
- Perform 1:1 on-boarding/product demos with our customers
- Level up how customers use Fireflies and up-sell
- Build longer term customer relationships
- Experiment with new on-boarding flows to accelerate growth
- Identify and report issues with the customer experience
- Provide step by step guidance e first time user experience
- Scale sales to many thousands of paying customers
- 3+ years experience in a high-velocity customer-facing role, like on-boarding, implementation, Pre-sales , or customer success.
- Ideal past experience includes overseeing/managing SDRs
- Worked with SMBs and Mid-Market to adopt products across their entire team
- Communication: You can clearly explain complex topics over video calls and in writing. Must be very fluent in english and have understanding of SAAS terminology
- Empathy: You understand how your customers succeed by stepping into their shoes and showing that you care.
- Teacher: You enjoy sharing insight and knowledge. You are patient and thoughtful when you educate.
- Goal Oriented: You are excited for new challenges and work to achieve inspiring goals.
- Problem Solver: You are adept at spotting issues, and quickly suggest elegant solutions.
- Location: Location: Remote This role is open to folks from anywhere across the globe.
