We are looking for an engineering program manager with more than 4+ years of experience to drive day to day engineering ops.
Report directly to CTO ensuring engineering execution is on track
Manage deadlines, prioritise stories, identify blockers in processes
Build reports, monitor execution KPIS, make sure every person is adhering to SLAs
Document processes, create play-books, onboard new engineering hires
Be the point person between customer support, product, and engineering
Loves building processes from 0 to 1.
High energy, hustle, organisational skills, very diligent, process-oriented
Can thrive independently in environments where there are no set instructions.
Strong technical acumen to work across Engineering and Customer team
Previously an engineer and a background in computer science
Be able to work in IST/EST/PST timezone
