Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a cohesive product strategy for AI Operations, aligning with the company's overall objectives and vision.

  • Data Insights Utilization: Analyze data to extract actionable insights and translate them into strategic plans for automating operations and optimizing workflows using AI tools and technologies.

  • Automation Excellence: Lead efforts to automate mundane tasks and operations within our product ecosystem, and business processes leveraging AI technologies to streamline workflows and boost productivity.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams including Engineering, Customer Support, and Operations to understand requirements, identify automation opportunities, and drive implementation.

  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor AI-driven processes, track key performance indicators, and iterate on solutions to drive ongoing improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3+ years of PM experience at a SaaS company (B2B), PM with a consumer mindset and a deep understanding of AI technologies and tools and their practical applications.

  • Demonstrated experience in working with data, including data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.

  • Experience in automating workflows and business processes using AI technologies, with a focus on driving efficiency and scalability.

  • Ability to think strategically and translate insights from data into actionable plans to drive operational improvements.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying problems, generating innovative solutions, and driving results.
