As a Brand Marketing and PR Manager at Fireflies.ai, you will hold a pivotal role in shaping the company's narrative and bolstering brand identity. Your responsibilities will encompass crafting compelling narratives for various stakeholders, including journalists, customers, and our social media audience. You will leverage your expertise to ensure Fireflies.ai is presented cohesively across all channels, resonating with our target audience and reflecting our brand values. Collaboration across departments, project management proficiency, and a knack for storytelling will be essential for success in this role.

- Branding and Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance Fireflies.ai's brand identity and product marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with our overarching goals.
- Product Familiarity: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Fireflies.ai's product offerings, customer base, and market landscape, enabling effective storytelling and product positioning.
- Narrative Crafting: Present Fireflies.ai to customers, journalists, and social media audiences in a compelling and cohesive manner.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with teams across Fireflies.ai, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to maintain brand consistency and drive impactful product launches.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content tailored for various communication channels, including PR materials, social media posts, and other promotional avenues.
- Copywriting: Craft creative and compelling copy for press releases, product launches, blog posts, social media content, and other marketing collateral.
- Media Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage and partnerships.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics across PR and marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to management.
What We'll Love About You
- About 5+ years of experience in Branding, PR, Product Marketing, or related roles.
- Experience in the SAAS tech industry is desirable.
- A strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to think strategically about brand representation.
- Excellent copywriting skills and proficiency in crafting engaging content tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Familiarity with media engagement and PR practices, with a focus on leveraging these tools to enhance brand perception.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining brand integrity across all touchpoints.
